About the Garden

The front yard’s theme is symmetry, complementing our 1920s Spanish Revival duplex. The two sections of the front mirror one another and are anchored by a coast Live Oak. The back yard strives to create a larger space and the curved path helps to define three different garden zones. Four manzanita, three Santa Cruz Island ironwoods, and a mature Ray Hartman ceanothus are surrounded by many other Southern California natives.
