About the Garden

Our hillside property is a dreamy playground where I have created an oasis for the senses and a window to nature, with walkways that hug the hillsides and many seating areas showcasing native plants from different viewpoints. There are water features, a hügelkultur raised bed, a water catchment system, 90 mature olive trees, beehives and bioswales, all adding layers & dimension to every corner of the property. Some sage advice from my father: “To be happy for a day, get drunk. To be happy for a week, go on vacation. To be happy for a lifetime, grow your own garden!”
