About the Garden

This garden has evolved over thirty years. The oak tree has grown with the garden’s many iterations and determines what will grow beneath it and what is doomed to die. Over the years most non-native plants have been removed and replaced by natives. Our back garden is our retreat, our meditation and fun space to exercise and hang out with family and friends. It’s a bit of paradise for us and the fauna who come to feed and nest.
